Job summary

Harrods is seeking an Enterprise Services Administrator to lead end-to-end management of our IT infrastructure, spanning Windows, Linux, on-prem, virtualised and cloud platforms in Knightsbridge.

You will partner with Architecture and Information Security to deliver secure, scalable roadmaps and governance, driving a multi-year transformation across core technology estates.

The role demands a hands-on leader with strong collaboration, vendor management, IAM, and cloud authentication expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure strategy and delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge across Windows, Linux, cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Proven ability to translate objectives into roadmaps, principles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and evolution of our IT infrastructure strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Information Security to ensure secure, scalable platforms.
• Drive a multi-year infrastructure transformation and governance across core tech estates.
• Provide technical leadership across Windows, virtualised, physical, and cloud environments.
• Build partnerships with Infrastructure and Application teams to define a clear path forward.
