Job summary

Harrods is seeking an Enterprise Services Administrator to lead the end-to-end management of our IT infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms at our Knightsbridge flagship and beyond. You will drive the delivery and evolution of our IT infrastructure strategy, translating objectives into roadmaps, governance frameworks and clear principles.

Collaborating with Architecture and Information Security, you will ensure security, scalability, and agility to support Harrods' growth

Qualifications

• Experience across Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMware Cloud Foundation and backup & disaster recovery technologies.
• Deep technical knowledge across infrastructure automation and orchestration, Microsoft technologies, Red Hat Linux, Kubernetes, VMware, enterprise networking, security, authentication and cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security, IAM and cloud authentication is essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Services Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of physical, virtual, and cloud platforms across Harrods, supporting us as we navigate the next stage of our technology journey.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the delivery and evolution of our IT infrastructure strategy, translating strategic objectives into clear roadmaps, principles, and governance frameworks. Working closely with the Architecture and Information Security teams, you will help ensure our infrastructure and cloud platforms remain secure, scalable, and agile, supporting the business's ongoing growth and innovation.

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced infrastructure technology leader with strong expertise across Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMware Cloud Foundation, and backup and disaster recovery technologies, supported by relevant certifications or significant hands-on experience.

You will possess deep technical knowledge across infrastructure automation and orchestration, Microsoft technologies, Red Hat Linux, Kubernetes, VMware, enterprise networking, security, authentication, and cloud platforms. A solid understanding of infrastructure security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and cloud authentication is essential, alongside the ability to build consensus, influence stakeholders, and drive technical direction across diverse teams.
