You will partner with Architecture and Information Security to deliver secure, scalable roadmaps and governance, driving a multi-year transformation across core technology estates.
The role demands a hands-on leader with strong collaboration, vendor management, IAM, and cloud authentication expertise.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Services Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of physical, virtual, and cloud platforms across Harrods, supporting us as we navigate the next stage of our technology journey.
In this role, you will lead the delivery and evolution of our IT infrastructure strategy, translating strategic objectives into clear roadmaps, principles, and governance frameworks. Working closely with the Architecture and Information Security teams, you will help ensure our infrastructure and cloud platforms remain secure, scalable, and agile, supporting the business's ongoing growth and innovation. This is a pivotal role within a multi-year infrastructure transformation programme, responsible for shaping, delivering, and supporting the core technology platforms that underpin our IT estate. You will build strong partnerships across Infrastructure and Application teams, gaining a deep understanding of current capabilities and defining a clear path forward, while providing technical leadership across Windows, virtualised, physical, and cloud infrastructure environments.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced infrastructure technology leader with strong expertise across Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMware Cloud Foundation, and backup and disaster recovery technologies, supported by relevant certifications or significant hands-on experience. You will possess deep technical knowledge across infrastructure automation and orchestration, Microsoft technologies, Red Hat Linux, Kubernetes, VMware, enterprise networking, security, authentication, and cloud platforms. A solid understanding of infrastructure security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and cloud authentication is essential, alongside the ability to build consensus, influence stakeholders, and drive technical direction across diverse teams.
