Carter Jonas in Bristol is offering a 12-month sandwich placement in our growing Infrastructure team. We are seeking ambitious students with a background in/knowledge of the sector to help deliver projects across energy, transport, GIS and property management.

You'll be studying towards a relevant RICS-accredited degree, with exposure to valuation or compulsory purchase; you will join a supportive, high-performing team and gain structured APC training and real hands-on experience working on

Qualifications

• Studying towards a relevant RICS-accredited degree.
• Interest in the infrastructure property sector.
• Experience in surveying, valuation or compulsory purchase is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in infrastructure surveying projects across sectors.
• Support APC preparation and training.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Collaborate with supervisors and counsellors to develop professional competencies.
