Job summary

Carter Jonas is offering a 12-month infrastructure placement in Nottingham, starting between July and September 2027. You will join a growing team and gain hands-on experience across urban and rural infrastructure projects, with APC support to help you qualify as a chartered surveyor.

Ideal candidates are ambitious students studying a relevant RICS-accredited degree, with an interest in valuation, procurement, and client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a relevant RICS-accredited degree.
• Interest in infrastructure surveying and related sectors.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure surveying teams across projects.
• Assist with data collection, analyses and site visits.
• Develop professional confidence and technical knowledge through APC guidance.
