We’re seeking candidates studying an RICS-accredited degree, with an enthusiasm for learning, strong communication, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Studying towards an RICS-accredited degree.
• Experience within surveying, particularly exposure to valuation or compulsory purchase, is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering infrastructure surveying projects across sectors.
• Support APC preparation and professional development with mentors.
• Travel to client sites and properties as required to support project delivery.
