We’re seeking candidates studying an RICS-accredited degree, with an enthusiasm for learning, strong communication, and willingness to travel to client sites.

We are looking for ambitious students with a background in/knowledge of the sector to join our growing Infrastructure team in Bristol on a 12-month sandwich placement.

Our infrastructure team is the fastest growing of its kind in the country, now with over 200 people in offices around the UK, working with major clients including Network Rail, HS2, National Grid, Homes England and the Crown Estate.

Operating in both rural and urban environments, our Infrastructure placement students are directly involved in delivering the world we need for the 21st Century and beyond. We cover an array of services to clients within the following sectors:

What will it take to be successful?

We're looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals who are studying towards a relevant RICS-accredited degree and have an interest in the infrastructure property sector. Experience within surveying, particularly exposure to valuation or compulsory purchase, is beneficial, but it's your attitude, potential and willingness to learn that will set you apart.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, an inquisitive thinker and a natural problem solver who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals. You'll be highly motivated, keen to develop your skills and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

Candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative approach to working with others, and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite. Given the nature of the role and the need to travel to client sites and properties, a full UK driving licence is essential.

APC support and funding are available to those undertaking an eligible RICS-accredited pathway.

You will be asked to respond to a number of questions about your work experience as well as your motivations and interest in a career in property as well as any extracurricular activities. We ask you to provide reference contact details, one educational and one employment. If successful, you will be invited to attend an interview in November.
