We offer a supportive team environment and the opportunity to develop your knowledge of all aspects of infrastructure surveying in our offices. Independence and individual responsibility will develop as candidates gain experience throughout the 3-year Graduate programme.

Application process

You will be asked to respond to a number of questions about your work experience as well as your motivations and interest in a career in property as well as any extracurricular activities. We ask you to provide reference contact details, one educational and one employment. If successful, you will be invited to attend an interview in November.

We are looking for ambitious students with a background in/knowledge of the sector to join our growing Infrastructure teams in, We're looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals who are studying towards a relevant RICS-accredited degree and have an interest in the infrastructure property sector. Experience within surveying, particularly exposure to valuation or compulsory purchase, is beneficial, but it's your attitude, potential and willingness to learn that will set you apart.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, an inquisitive thinker and a natural problem solver who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals. You'll be highly motivated, keen to develop your skills and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
