Job Description

We are working closely with a leading professional services firm to recruit an Infrastructure Operations Analyst. The organization collaborates with reputable clients worldwide and emphasizes employee development, offering opportunities for career progression and relocation.

Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off, including bank holidays, covering 24x7 operations:

• Two 12-hour day shifts: 7am - 7pm
• Two 12-hour night shifts: 7pm - 7am

Salary: Up to £32,500

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring internal systems and processing alerts
• Raising and managing incidents via ITSM systems
• Handling BAU tasks
• Managing major incidents and change processes
• Providing professional customer service
• Ensuring incident OLA and SLA compliance
• Collaborating with infrastructure teams

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to work autonomously
• Effective communication skills
• Strong customer service and telephone manner
• Experience with Windows Server 2012, SQL Server 2012, O365, WAN/LAN, Remote Access
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager, SolarWinds, Squared Up
