ADS&T is growing rapidly. We’ve doubled in size and will to do so again in the coming years. As we grow, we need to continue to evolve and transform our division to be ready for what’s to come. This transformation needs to cross-cut ADS&T, evolving what we do and how we do it to meet the aspirations set out in our strategy. To continue making this transformation a reality, we have identified the need for an Operations Analyst role to join the Divisional Operations team. This role will report to the divisional Operations Manager and work with teams across ADS&T. This role could be delivered as a timebound assignment or secondment and is initially scoped to last for 12 months.
The primary focus of this role will be to support the divisional Operations Manager to drive the adoption and optimisation of ADS&T governance and reporting. The role will bring additional horsepower to the existing small team, working with colleagues across the operations communities in our markets and practices. The role is focused on the Business Management career pathway and is an exciting opportunity for someone to understand how our business runs. There will be scope to identify and realise innovative new ideas, from realising the potential of AI to engaging senior stakeholders in a different way.
This role will provide an opportunity to build stakeholder relationships at the senior level within ADS&T, and across all our functions. It represents a fantastic opportunity explore the Business Management career pathway.
