ADS&T is growing rapidly. We’ve doubled in size and will to do so again in the coming years. As we grow, we need to continue to evolve and transform our division to be ready for what’s to come. This transformation needs to cross-cut ADS&T, evolving what we do and how we do it to meet the aspirations set out in our strategy. To continue making this transformation a reality, we have identified the need for an Operations Analyst role to join the Divisional Operations team. This role will report to the divisional Operations Manager and work with teams across ADS&T. This role could be delivered as a timebound assignment or secondment and is initially scoped to last for 12 months.

The primary focus of this role will be to support the divisional Operations Manager to drive the adoption and optimisation of ADS&T governance and reporting. The role will bring additional horsepower to the existing small team, working with colleagues across the operations communities in our markets and practices. The role is focused on the Business Management career pathway and is an exciting opportunity for someone to understand how our business runs. There will be scope to identify and realise innovative new ideas, from realising the potential of AI to engaging senior stakeholders in a different way.

This role will provide an opportunity to build stakeholder relationships at the senior level within ADS&T, and across all our functions. It represents a fantastic opportunity explore the Business Management career pathway.

Your purpose:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and engaging professional, capable of delivering a wide variety of business management activities on behalf of ADS&T. This role will suit someone at the P2 level, seeking to continue explore or develop a career in the Business Management career pathway.

• You’ll need to have the mindset of “getting things done”, comfortable with ambiguity and be able to consider differing viewpoints while pushing for alignment and optimisation.
• You’ll have skills in problem solving, stakeholder engagement, coupled with the ability to analyse data and create purposeful management information.
• You’ll have a reasonable knowledge of how our business works, with the ability to consider innovative new ideas and a desire to learn more.
• You’ll bring together existing disparate data and insights into an, at scale, divisional view.
