Job summary

Resolian seeks an Infrastructure Lead to deliver, secure, and continuously improve its global IT estate. You will lead a small team, own cloud, on-prem, and end-user computing, including Citrix and Microsoft 365, while coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior infrastructure role within regulated environments.
• Strong Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration capabilities.
• Extensive Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and related components experience.
• Active Directory / Entra ID and identity management expertise.
• Windows Server and virtualisation experience (Proxmox/VMware/Hyper-V).
• Solid networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, wireless).
• Cyber security best-practice and DR/BC planning knowledge.
• Proven vendor/supplier management and project delivery ability.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and escalation skills.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, VMware or security.

Responsibilities

Description

• Lead the day-to-day management of global infrastructure services.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior infrastructure role.
• Strong Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration skills.
• Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Cloud Connectors, and NetScaler (ADC / Gateway)
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, identity management, and access controls.
• Strong Windows Server and virtualisation experience (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V).
• Solid networking knowledge that includes DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, switching, and wireless networking.
• Knowledge of cyber security best-practice.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing suppliers or third-party service providers.
• Experience within regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or clinical research.
• Knowledge of GxP, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Relevant Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or security certifications.
