Job summary

Quant Capital is partnering with a regulated financial services firm to hire an Infrastructure Lead/Manager to lead a small team and own a broad Microsoft and Azure estate. You will stay hands-on while guiding three engineers and ensuring availability, security and resilience across cloud and on‑prem environments.

In this hands‑on leadership role you will manage Windows Server, AD, Entra, M365 and Intune, drive patching, DR readiness and security improvements, and collaborate with security

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience across infrastructure, systems or cloud engineering.
• Previous team leadership or management experience.
• Azure experience across VNETs, VPNs, NSGs, DNS, RBAC and resource groups.
• Networking knowledge across TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Wi‑Fi and DNS.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet or similar network/security hardware.
• Strong security focus across patching, hardening, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Understanding of GDPR, PCI or ISO27001 environments.
• Clear communicator with strong ownership and good judgement.
