Job summary

Resolian is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to drive delivery and improvement of its global IT infrastructure. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on responsibility across cloud services, networking, servers, virtualization, Citrix, M365, and end-user computing.

Lead a small infra team, manage key suppliers, and deliver infra projects while ensuring security and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior infrastructure leadership experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration skills.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and NetScaler.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Solid Windows Server and virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Solid networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, switching, wireless).
• Knowledge of cyber security best-practice and backup/disaster recovery.
• Experience with suppliers/third-party service providers and stakeholder management.
• Experience in regulated industries (life sciences/pharma/biotech/clinical research) is a plus.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, VMware or security.

• Act as Technical Lead for Information Security program.

Job description

The Infrastructure Lead is responsible for the delivery, security, management and ongoing improvement of Resolian's global IT infrastructure. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on responsibility across cloud services, networking, servers, virtualisation, Citrix, Microsoft 365, and end-user computing. The role includes leadership of a small infrastructure team, management of key suppliers, and delivery of infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of global infrastructure services.
• Ensure infrastructure remains secure, resilient, and highly available.
• Manage cloud, server, storage, virtualisation, backup, and disaster recovery platforms.
• Oversee Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy and Entra ID services.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point and mentor infrastructure team members.
• Work collaboratively across IT and the business to deliver effective solutions.
• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, licensing, procurement, and service performance.
• Act as Technical Lead for the Information Security Program.

Skills, Education & Qualifications

• Experience in a senior infrastructure role.
• Strong Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration skills.
• Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Cloud Connectors, and NetScaler (ADC / Gateway)
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, identity management, and access controls.
• Strong Windows Server and virtualisation experience (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper‑V).
• Solid networking knowledge that includes DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, switching, and wireless networking.
• Knowledge of cyber security best-practice.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing suppliers or third-party service providers.
• Experience within regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or clinical research.
• Knowledge of GxP, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Relevant Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or security certifications.
