Job summary

Infrastructure Manager role in Milton Keynes (Hybrid 2 days per week). You will lead ongoing development, standardisation, and modernisation of our corporate infrastructure across cloud and enterprise platforms, providing technical direction and engaging with senior stakeholders.

You will work with Product Managers and Delivery Managers to shape priorities, support OKRs, and drive BAU and change projects, ensuring security, resilience, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development, standardisation, and modernisation of our corporate infrastructure estate across cloud and enterprise platforms; provide technical leadership, tackle complex challenges, and drive platform improvement.
• Drive cloud/platform management to ensure robust, well-governed, and operationally sustainable solutions.
• Own day-to-day BAU delivery including monitoring, patching, lifecycle management, incident response, and continual service improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Managers to shape OKRs, prioritise work, and deliver infrastructure changes and service improvements.
• Build strong relationships across technology and the business, translating technical issues for senior stakeholders.
