• Significant experience in IT infrastructure spanning cloud and on-premise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and governance.
• Hands-on automation and IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Experience in fast-paced teams and delivering technical direction.
• Secure, resilient, and compliant infrastructure knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead across agile teams and handle multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on technical leadership: Lead ongoing development, standardisation, and modernisation of our corporate infrastructure estate across cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Cloud and platform management: Drive adoption and operation of cloud platforms and related services.
• Own operational performance and BAU delivery: Ensure day-to-day operation, monitoring, patching, lifecycle management, incident response, continuity, and service improvement.
• Drive delivery and prioritisation: Shape OKRs, prioritise work, and deliver infrastructure changes and projects.
• Stakeholder engagement and translation: Communicate technical issues and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve engineering practices: Develop standards, automation, and modern ways of working to improve consistency and quality across infrastructure estate.
