Job summary

DGH Recruitment are recruiting for an Infrastructure and Cloud Architect to join a leading Professional Services client in London. This role can be performed on a fully remote basis within the UK.

You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale server environments spanning cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments, focusing on security, resiliency, and scalable growth. Qualifications

• In-depth experience architecting, implementing, optimizing and troubleshooting enterprise scale server environments including cloud, hybrid and on-prem deployments.
• Ability to define cross-domain reference architectures, technical standards and roadmaps for engineering teams.
• Experience leading technical projects and evaluating vendors balancing technical, security, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions to address business challenges.
• Architect, engineer, and deploy to production technical solutions with detailed design documentation and standards.
• Transition systems from engineering to operations with documentation and training.
• Lead technical projects and sub projects across the department.
• Serve as SME and internal consultant to other teams.
• Be the top level responsible party for escalated support, liaising with external vendors and consultants.
• Observe confidentiality of all Firm and client matters.
• Perform any other responsibilities or special projects as assigned by management.
