Qualifications

• Knowledge of NHF SoR Rates or similar is preferred.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is essential.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is important.

Responsibilities

• Contract management in line with JTC, NEC 3/4 (Options A & C).
• Subcontractor negotiations, payments, and performance tracking.
