United Infrastructure is seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our fast-growing team in Thame. You’ll support the commercial function across the full project lifecycle, from measuring completed works to approving subcontractor supply chain applications, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

The role requires solid numeracy, good IT skills (Excel and Microsoft Office), and the ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Measuring completed works and approving subcontractor supply chain applications
• Deliver monthly Cost Value Reconciliation and Earned Value Analysis reports
• Maintain robust commercial documentation
• Contract management in line with JTC, NEC 3/4 (Options A & C)
• Subcontractor negotiations, payments, and performance tracking
