Location : Westminster / Hybrid

Salary : £40, per annum

Hours : Full-Time - 36.25 per week

About the Role

The Infrastructure Client Group (ICG) is an industry-funded initiative that brings together the UKs most progressive economic infrastructure clients in partnership with government, the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA), industry, the Construction Leadership Council (CLC), and key value chain members. Our core purpose is to accelerate improved delivery of UK infrastructure for the benefit of the economy, society, and the environment fully aligned with the UK Governments agenda.

The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) supports the ICG in delivering this mission through activities that enable collaboration across the Management Board, Task Groups, Project 13 Network, Leadership Group, and Pillar Groups.

We are seeking an Infrastructure Client Group Executive to play a pivotal role in supporting the ICG Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of this influential network. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of UK infrastructure transformation, collaborating with leading organisations and government bodies to drive meaningful change. Youll be part of a dynamic team committed to improving outcomes for society and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day running of the ICG, Task Groups, and Project 13 Network.
  • Manage accurate records of member organisations, participants, subscriptions, and payments.
  • Draft agendas, schedule meetings, and produce accurate minutes and action lists.
  • Support the delivery of the ICG Annual Report and launch event.
  • Assist with the annual content plan, including news, resources, case studies, and network growth.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the Project website and engagement strategy through social media and reports.
  • Provide secretariat support for boards and groups, including logistics and workshop planning.
  • Monitor budgets, process invoices, and support contract management.
  • Extract insights and case studies for digital channels such as blogs, podcasts, and videos.
