Job summary

Stannah Group in Orpington is seeking a commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our London Infrastructure Service Branch. You will manage maintenance, repair and 24-hour callout services for lifts and related equipment, while building strong customer relationships and driving safety and operational excellence.

As a leader you will develop teams, manage budgets, and deliver growth in a safety-conscious culture across London’s infrastructure network.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Management or equivalent.
• Experience managing lift and/or escalator service operations.
• Proven leadership experience, including leading managers and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch to deliver safe, high-quality service and maintenance for lifts, escalators and lifting equipment.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are always met and promoted across all branch activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent levels of customer service.
• Manage branch performance, resources and budgets to achieve business plan and profitability targets.
• Develop, support and motivate colleagues to create a high-performing and engaged team.
