Job summary

Stannah is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to cover a route across London and South East London. Based in the Orpington Service Branch, you will service and repair stairlifts, micro-lifts and goods lifting equipment in customers’ homes.

The role includes joining an on-call rota with standby allowances, a competitive base salary, and a comprehensive benefits package. NVQ2 Lift Engineering or equivalent is desirable and a valid UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 in Lift Engineering or equivalent is desirable.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge is essential
• Stairlift experience

Responsibilities

• Servicing, minor repairs and call out visits on disabled aid products, micro-lifts and goods lifts
• Ensure a high standard of service and customer care is maintained
• Conduct effective risk assessments
• Completion of log cards
