Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead critical programmes modernising technology infrastructure across supply chain and logistics. You’ll align engineering, architecture and business teams to deliver outcome-led transformation and strengthen cyber resilience at scale.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape objectives, manage risks and dependencies, and champion modern engineering practices, including automation and zero-trust security, in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience in technical programme management within large-scale infrastructure transformation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure including networking, servers, platforms and security.
• Ability to coordinate complex dependencies and deliver outcomes across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure transformation roadmap across networking, infrastructure, supply chain and logistics systems, identity and access management, and security.
• Shape clear programme objectives, success measures and governance frameworks that support outcome-led delivery.
• Coordinate integrated plans, dependencies, risks, budgets and key milestones across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Partner with technical teams, senior leaders and business stakeholders to support technical quality and feasibility.
• Champion modern engineering practices, including automation, observability and zero-trust security, while driving continuous improvement and healthy team performance.
