Tesco UK is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive and deliver multi-project programs from ideation to launch, realising benefits and sustaining change across our UK and international teams. You will work with senior leaders across UX/UI, Product and Engineering, shaping programs in a fast-paced retail technology environment.

The role emphasises stakeholder management, clear communications, and a customer-focused mindset, with a mix of office and remote collaboration in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience of defining and delivering programs/projects within a large organisation.
• Experience of shaping programs with ambiguous scope and uncertain delivery approach.
• Personal, relatable character, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
• Good MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive, manage and deliver projects/programs from ideation through launch and benefits realisation.
• Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders across UX/UI, Product & Engineering and others.
• Define and deliver programme strategy, assess viability and value of a program.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and manage communications and reporting.
• Identify education/training needs and support transitions to a sustainable BAU environment.
