Job summary

WorkNest Secure is seeking a Client Coordination Manager to lead the operational delivery and client coordination across Information Security service lines, including Data Protection, Cyber Essentials and Information Security Consultancy.

You will oversee the Client Coordination team, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, effective resource coordination and a consistently high level of client satisfaction while supporting strong commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing service delivery operations within a professional services or consultancy.
• Experience leading and developing coordination or operations teams.
• Strong understanding of Information Security services, including Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, or broader InfoSec consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Operational Delivery & Service Management across Information Security services.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Information Security services across Data Protection, Cyber Essentials and Information Security Consultancy.
• Ensure services are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Monitor service delivery performance, utilisation, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Information Security Operations to align delivery performance with strategic objectives.
