Job summary

WorkNest is seeking a Client Coordination Manager to lead operational delivery and client coordination across Information Security service lines, including Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, and Information Security Consultancy. You will drive end-to-end service delivery, resource coordination, and a high level of client satisfaction.

In this role you will line manage the Client Coordination team, support recruitment and training, and work with finance to ensure accurate billing and revenue

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing service delivery operations within a professional services or consultancy environment.
• Experience leading and developing coordination or operations teams.
• Strong understanding of Information Security services, including Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, or broader InfoSec consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Information Security services across Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, and Information Security Consultancy.
• Monitor service delivery performance, utilisation, and capacity planning.
• Line manage Client Coordinators who will work across Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, and Information Security functions.
• Track and report on KPIs, including utilisation, revenue delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Provide performance insights and reporting to senior leadership.
