Job summary

WorkNest is seeking a Client Coordination Manager within WorkNest Secure to lead the operational delivery of Information Security services, including Data Protection, Cyber Essentials and Security Consultancy. You will oversee the Client Coordination team, drive efficiency and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction while supporting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing service delivery operations in a professional services/consultancy environment.
• Experience leading and developing coordination or operations teams.
• Strong understanding of Information Security services (Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, InfoSec consultancy).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Information Security services across Data Protection, Cyber Essentials and Information Security Consultancy.
• Lead the Client Coordination team to ensure smooth delivery, resource coordination and high client satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, utilisation and capacity; report performance to senior management.
• Coordinate with Head of Information Security Operations to align delivery with strategic objectives.
• Support budgeting, invoicing and revenue targets within InfoSec service lines.
