Job summary

Our client, a leading organisation in the insurance sector, is seeking a Business Systems Training Lead to own and shape training across the business, improving user capability and enabling technology change.

You will develop training strategies, roadmaps and delivery plans, lead a training function, and explore AI-enabled learning solutions to support staff at all levels. Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in systems or technology training, preferably in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of business applications, processes and learning delivery.
• Experience developing training strategies, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Experience leading or coordinating a training function.
• Interest in applying AI to enhance learning and user support.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels of an organisation.
• Experience producing management or executive-level reporting.
