• End-User support background with a customer service orientation.
• Strong knowledge of networks and servers within a Microsoft environment.
• Experience with Active Directory and ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to end users in Leicester, with some WFH on one day per week.
• Maintain and support network, servers and AD within MS infrastructure.
• Assist ERP-related IT tasks and ensure high levels of customer service.

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is primarily on-site in Leicester. It is possible there will be 1 day each week for WFH, but the role has a focus on being on-site.

You will have a good background in both Infrastructure support within a Microsoft environment (Network, Servers, Active Directory etc) as well as ERP experience. You will hold a strong customer service orientation and End User support background.
