Job Opportunity: 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer or Project Engineer

Location: Hampshire (commutable from Portsmouth, Fareham, Southampton)

We are seeking an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer or Project Engineer to join a thriving MSP during a period of growth. The company offers a fun, friendly working environment with opportunities for progression. You will be valued as an individual within a supportive team.

Role Overview: You will provide project-focused IT support to a growing customer base. The ideal candidate has previous experience in an IT outsourcing environment, particularly in a support or project capacity.

Key Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience with project-based work, liaising with external customers and vendors
  2. Proficiency with Windows Server 2008 - 2022
  3. Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
  4. Networking skills
  5. Experience with O365 and Azure
  6. VoIP experience (desirable)
  7. Understanding of ITIL Framework

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must be highly organized, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
