Location: Portsmouth, UK

Contract Duration: 22 August 2025 – 24 October 2025

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required – Only candidates with current SC clearance will be considered

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Migration Support Technician to assist with a significant hardware refresh project. The role involves ensuring a seamless device migration process for end users, working closely with the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager to coordinate device movements, support users, and keep precise records throughout the migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Refresh Clinic for device migrations.
• Transport devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic as required.
• Help users log into systems and refresh laptops.
• Distribute new devices and collect old ones according to the migration schedule.
• Maintain accurate updates in the workflow management system at each stage.
• Report and escalate issues encountered during migration.
• Conduct daily manual stock checks and document findings.
• Securely package and store devices for disposal or refurbishment.
• Lock and secure all equipment at the end of each day.

Required Skills & Experience:
