DCS Technology is partnered with an Employee Owned legal firm in Altrincham. Due to growth across the business, we are assisting with the expansion of their IT support team. We are looking to add an ambitious and passionate IT Support Analyst to join the team.

As an IT Systems Support Engineer, this varied role involves 1st and 2nd line problem solving, managing their full IT estate, liaising with third-party providers and suppliers. You will also contribute to the development and improvement of their Practice and Case Management software, and play a key role in projects for new applications and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support and troubleshooting - Azure AD, Microsoft 365, InTune
• Managing and maintaining the firm's IT infrastructure - general understanding of LAN & WAN connectivity
• Liaising with external IT providers and suppliers
• Supporting and developing Practice and Case Management software
• Leading and assisting with IT projects and the introduction of new systems
