IT Manager – Support & Infrastructure Focus (12-Month Contract)

Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)

Day Rate: £450–£550 per day

Length: 12 months

IR35: Inside IR35

The Opportunity:

We’re working with a growing organisation in London that’s looking for an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Support and Infrastructure to join on a 12-month contract.

This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who can lead day-to-day IT operations while managing service delivery, infrastructure upgrades, and support teams.

️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring 1st–3rd line support teams.
• Overseeing infrastructure services across Windows environments, Azure, O365, networking, and virtualisation.
• Managing hardware/software issues, escalations, and vendor relationships.
• Delivering IT projects – upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and improvements.
• Ensuring system availability, performance, and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in IT Management or Senior Support/Infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on skills with Windows Server, O365, Azure, networking, and virtualisation tools (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of IT support best practices and service delivery.
• Experience managing hybrid teams and working within IR35 frameworks.
