Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver the digital and IT strategy, architecture, and technology plans for the organisation.
2. Understand and consider the digital and IT needs of all stakeholders, including members, candidates, senior management, operational staff, and corporate customers.
3. Lead and develop partnerships and relationships to support and deliver the company's Digital and IT strategy in the marketplace.
4. Research and identify new Digital and IT opportunities to advance the business into the digital age.
5. Ensure the IT infrastructure supports the organisation's aims.
6. Make strategic technology decisions and manage budgets effectively to execute projects on time.
7. Oversee systems, processes, and policies, managing a diverse group of stakeholders to drive innovation.
8. Manage procurement and oversee the development and maintenance of the global website, internal applications, and platforms, including setting up business management reports in Power BI.
9. Lead data security and management protocols, ensuring full compliance with GDPR regulations and future updates.
10. Create and maintain a business continuity plan for IT systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrated experience in managing IT Infrastructure environments, with additional experience in websites, CRM, and business intelligence systems. Strong stakeholder management skills, experience in process, policy, budget management, and governance, and adeptness at managing third-party vendors.
