Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Field Technician to join our team in North West London. This role involves troubleshooting and fixing broadband, Wi-Fi, and general IT issues at customer sites, coordinating with third-party vendors, and providing exceptional service independently with full backend support.

Who we are:

London-based technology firm specializing in the hospitality sector, with expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure for hotels, co-living spaces, restaurants, and other venues. Our services include network infrastructure, WiFi, CCTV, AV, Telephony, Access Control, and telecoms such as broadband, leased lines, and VOIP.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit customer sites to troubleshoot & fix broadband, Wi-Fi & general IT issues
• Coordinate fixes with third-party vendors and maintain customer satisfaction
• Deliver independent, high-quality service with full backend support

What You’ll Need:

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• Reside within London, as most clients are based here
