Job Title: IT Engineering Manager
Location: Bridgend, South Wales
Job type: Full time / Permanent (5 days a week 9am to 5.30pm, Flexible hours between 8am - 6pm)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, cloud-focused specialist with a passion for customer service and experience in the ICT sector, preferably in an IT Delivery or IT Manager role. You will lead a team of IT delivery engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to maintain high morale and positive culture.
- Develop and implement training programs to support professional development, ensuring team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized and the team exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic guidance and technology solutions aligned with their goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending service enhancements and innovations.
- Work with IT Project Managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Assist in delivering IT projects alongside IT delivery engineers, including email migrations, firewall installations, and email threat protection.
- Create documentation and knowledge base articles to aid users in resolving common issues.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective and professional communication with end-users.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
Job Experience Required:
- ICT background within an MSP, with experience leading a team.
- Strong customer service skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
- Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, security, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Backup Solutions, and security firewalls.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable using CRMs and documentation tools.
- Valid UK driving license.
