IT Business Partner – Digital HR Systems - AI – Cambridge – Hybrid - £650 p/d (Outside IR35) – 3 months

An experienced IT Business Partner with deep expertise in Digital HR Systems is needed to join a globally recognized pharmaceutical company at the forefront of innovation. This high-impact role focuses on leading the evolution of the HR technology landscape, with a particular emphasis on the transformative opportunities presented by AI.

You will proactively identify where IT can drive competitive advantage through the delivery of innovative, AI-powered solutions. Strong domain knowledge across HR functions and technology landscape is essential, including HCM platforms, workforce administration, and HR services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results — from building compelling business cases to mobilizing large-scale, high-value technology investments.
