IT Business Partner – Digital HR Systems - AI – Cambridge – Hybrid - £650 p/d (Outside IR35) – 3 months

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner with deep expertise in Digital HR Systems to join a globally recognized pharmaceutical company at the forefront of innovation. This high-impact role focuses on leading the evolution of HR technology, with a particular emphasis on the transformative opportunities presented by AI.

You will proactively identify areas where IT can create competitive advantage through the delivery of innovative, AI-powered solutions. Strong domain knowledge in HR functions and technology landscape is essential, including HCM platforms, workforce administration, and HR services.
