We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner with deep expertise in Digital HR Systems to join a globally recognized pharmaceutical company at the forefront of innovation. This high-impact role focuses on leading the evolution of the HR technology landscape, with a particular emphasis on the transformative opportunities presented by AI.
You will proactively identify areas where IT can drive competitive advantage through the delivery of innovative, AI-powered solutions. Strong domain knowledge across HR functions and technology, including HCM platforms, workforce administration, and HR services, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, from building compelling business cases to mobilizing large-scale, high-value technology investments. You will be responsible for shaping and communicating the technology strategy and roadmap for core HR functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and emerging technology trends. Demonstrated experience in AI application and innovation delivery is crucial for success in this role.
