What you’ll do:

1. Lead a high-performing internal development team across all major technical initiatives
2. Architect and evolve a robust, scalable systems & data landscape
3. Ensure 24/7 system reliability
4. Champion best practices across SDLC and keep documentation sharp
5. Coach and mentor both team members and stakeholders in modern tools & methods
6. Partner with IT and business leaders to turn complex needs into clever, value-driven solutions
7. Collaborate with top-tier vendors to keep key systems like ERP, QMS & PLM running smoothly

What You Bring:

1. Hands-on leadership experience in tech development within the Medical Device or advanced manufacturing space
2. Expertise in architecting and designing new and current systems
3. Proven track record of leading support teams in maintaining applications for a global, 24/7 operational business
4. Comprehensive expertise in Azure, Java, and API integration
5. Extensive experience in vendor management, particularly with ERP, QMS, and PLM systems
6. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members
