This role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead a talented development team, own system architecture, and deliver scalable, business-critical solutions to support global operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing internal development team across major technical initiatives
• Design and evolve a robust, scalable systems & data landscape
• Ensure 24/7 system reliability
• Promote best practices throughout the SDLC and maintain thorough documentation
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in modern tools and methods
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop innovative, value-driven solutions
• Work with vendors to ensure smooth operation of key systems like ERP, QMS, and PLM

Qualifications:

• Hands-on leadership experience in tech development within the Medical Device or advanced manufacturing sectors
• Experience designing and architecting systems
• Proven ability to lead support teams for global, 24/7 operational applications
• Expertise in Azure, Java, and API integration
• Vendor management experience, especially with ERP, QMS, and PLM systems
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development
