Job summary

Safran Landing Systems seeks an Information Systems Lead & Business Analyst at its Gloucester MRO site. You will define the IS roadmap, lead a team of analysts and developers, and drive strategic technology projects, ensuring security, reliability and value for the business.

Engage with stakeholders across Safran and the Group to deliver impactful digital solutions. Experience with Scrum/Agile, data modelling, and cybersecurity practices is essential.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or MIS.
  • Experience leading teams and line management.
  • Strong requirements analysis, process modelling, and data modelling skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data reporting, and secure software development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the Gloucester IS roadmap aligning with Safran's global strategy.
  • Lead and coach a team of Service Delivery Analysts and Software Developers.
  • Drive major technology projects to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with Global IS to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Implement ISMS in collaboration with the Quality & Safety Manager.
  • Ensure high-quality IT service delivery and proactive support.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and value.
  • Manage agile sprint planning and project communications.
  • Gather requirements and produce clear technical specifications.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of new applications.
