Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an experienced Information Law Solicitor to join its distinguished TMT practice. The role can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Daily activities will include advising on data privacy and data protection matters, engaging in business development, and supporting junior colleagues.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of PQE in a large commercial practice or IT business. Sound knowledge and experience in advising on data protection projects are essential. Experience with FOI would be advantageous but is not required.
