Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an experienced Information Law Solicitor to join its distinguished TMT practice. The role can be based from either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Daily responsibilities will include matters related to data privacy and data protection, as well as business development activities and supporting junior colleagues.

Candidates should have at least 4 years’ PQE in a large commercial practice or IT business. Sound knowledge and experience in advising on data protection projects is essential. Experience with FOI would be advantageous but not mandatory.
