Commercial Property Solicitor – Edinburgh or Glasgow, Edinburgh

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful UK law firm as a Commercial Property Solicitor in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team provides high-quality legal advice to commercial clients on matters related to the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial properties.

The role involves supporting Partners and other fee earners within the Commercial Property division, ensuring the delivery of excellent legal services. Responsibilities include managing workload efficiently, reviewing titles, negotiating leases, providing legal opinions, and supporting team initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be newly qualified up to 5 years’ PQE, with at least one seat in a Commercial Property team during their training, and a strong interest in this area. Essential skills include responsibility, commercial awareness, organization, and a client-focused approach.
