Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust seeks an experienced Information Governance professional to advise on regulatory compliance and manage the Interweave portfolio delivery to partners and end users. The role involves providing specialist IG guidance, training staff, and developing governance artefacts while maintaining high confidentiality and risk management standards.

You will work with Trust Information Governance to ensure legislative compliance, produce reports, and support audits

Qualifications

• Experience in information governance and NHS IG Toolkit.
• Ability to extract, analyse, and interpret complex information.
• Experience delivering training and awareness sessions on governance topics.
• Strong communication, tact and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Provide information governance advice to staff and patients.
• Develop and deliver IG training and awareness sessions.
• Produce and maintain IG artefacts, documentation and templates.
• Monitor compliance with Information Governance Toolkit and NHS retention schedules.
• Liaise with managers to ensure action plans and compliance are achieved.
• Prepare reports on IG compliance and risk and present findings.
