Job summary

VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking an experienced Information Controller to support a long-term Helensburgh-Glasgow framework. You will help drive information management and digital collaboration, working between our Helensburgh site and Glasgow office, ensuring accuracy, security and accessibility of project data.

You will act as a CDE Super User, support teams and supply chain partners with CDE processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in information management across

Qualifications

• Experience as an Information Controller, Document Controller, or similar in construction/engineering.
• Experience with electronic document management systems; Asite or other CDEs advantageous.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 & PAS1192 standards; strong IT aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for project information systems.
• Monitor CDE workflows and ensure timely review and approval of information.
• Manage incoming/outgoing document exchanges and maintain registers/archives.
• Upload, scan, file and distribute project documentation within Asite.
• Administer user permissions and information security; support handover activities.
