Qualifications

• At least five years in a client-facing digital or influencer role.
• Proven influencer engagement across paid and earned media.
• Strong knowledge of influencers and social media landscape.
• Experience with TikTok, Twitch or emerging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and operational flow across accounts.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including partnerships.
• Oversee creator operations, data tracking, and reporting.
• Identify optimization opportunities and potential upsell with Account Director.
• Mentor junior team members to strengthen execution.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflow and scalability.
