Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking a dedicated Account Director with a robust mix of influencer marketing, social media, analytics, and content marketing experience. You will lead strategic relationships with key clients, surface growth opportunities, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery across influencer, production, paid social, and events, while driving data-driven insights and strong partnerships with creators.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital, social, and influencer marketing across integrated service offerings.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, business insights, and performance measurement.
• Advanced knowledge of influencer marketing, production strategy, and campaign measurement.
• Strong ability to lead high-level client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Experience coaching and developing teams to meet client expectations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with planning, creative, production, and media teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day primary contact for key clients, owning strategic relationships and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities across accounts and drive revenue and client value.
• Lead strategic planning, quarterly reviews, success measurement, and account vision-setting.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across influencer, community management, production, paid social, and events.
• Lead creator communications for Macro & Mega tiers and ensure strong partnerships.
• Manage campaign pacing, KPIs, optimization, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate with BI to ensure insights are clearly communicated to clients.
