Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking an experienced influencer marketing professional to lead day-to-day client engagement and end-to-end campaign execution. The role focuses on managing creator partnerships, measurement, and strategic recommendations across multiple accounts.

Applicants should have 5+ years in client-facing digital/influencer roles, a deep understanding of paid and earned influencer programs, and strong organizational skills. London-based hybrid work may be offered.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned, multiple tiers.
• Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape.
• Experience creating social media content and measuring social/digital/influencer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and operational flow for assigned accounts.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across influencer programs.
• Oversee creator operations and campaign tracking on internal systems.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain data accuracy and adherence to internal processes and reporting.
• Manage campaign budgets and day-to-day financial oversight.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, PR, Creative, Production teams.
• Contribute to QBRs, insights, and long-term roadmaps.
• Lead client presentations and develop strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members to improve execution and client communication.
• Identify workflow improvements and leverage AI-enabled tools for efficiency.
