Job summary

Novaro Social Commerce is seeking an experienced Affiliate & Creator Manager to grow and manage our network of TikTok Shop and Instagram affiliates and creators from our Manchester studio. You’ll work with the Studio Manager to build communities, drive promotions and sales across live commerce campaigns.

The role is permanent with ownership from day one, ideal for someone with affiliate, influencer or community management experience and a passion for social selling on TikTok Shop and Instagram.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior affiliate, influencer or community management experience.
• Permanent role with ownership from day one.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Instagram or similar social platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify, vet and onboard TikTok Shop and Instagram affiliates and creators across client portfolios.
• Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates via TikTok Shop Seller Centre, Instagram and other channels.
• Track affiliate performance, commissions and payouts, flagging issues promptly.
• Compile performance reports for clients highlighting top performers and opportunities.
• Support planning of affiliate campaigns and host live shopping events.
